Our philosophy is not just to welcome guests, but to welcome them home.

We aspire that The Sands Khao Lak by Katathani will become home to many new “family” members thus we founded The Sands Privilege Club or TSPC.

Our privilege members are entitled to receive packages of exclusive benefits and special discounts. Our KTPC members from Katathani who visit The Sands Khao Lak will automatically receive all benefits of the TSPC membership.

Blue Members (for 3rd – 4th stays)

Katathani’s philosophy is the guiding principal behind all of our staff training. We have a dedicated Customer Relations Department to ensure that every department in the resort–from Front Desk to Housekeeping– provides the warmest welcome and most attentive service for our guests throughout their stay. They focus on continuous quality improvement by conducting guest surveys, providing feedback forms, and noting every customer request or complaint for follow-up at the daily management meeting.
