Creating a Healthy and Enjoyable Environment for All

At The Sands Khao Lak, we are committed to providing a clean, healthy, and enjoyable environment for all our guests and staff. To achieve this, we adhere to a No Smoking Policy within most areas of our premises.

This policy applies to all areas of the hotel, including:
• Guest rooms: This includes balconies and patios.
• Public spaces: Lobbies, restaurants & bars, Water Park, hallways, and other public areas.
• Associate work areas
• The Beach: In line with Thailand's Department of Marine and Coastal Resources, smoking is prohibited on the beach.

Designated Smoking Areas
Designated smoking areas are available outside the hotel building for your convenience.

Non-Compliance Fee
