At The Sands Khao Lak, we’re giving our Seaside Junior Suite and Pool Access Seaside Junior Suite a brand-new look. With soft, bright tones and stylish new furnishings, these beloved room types are being updated to offer even more comfort and charm—perfect for your next beachside escape.

What’s Happening?
The upgrades will feature a fresh interior design with brighter tones and soft textures, complemented by new furniture, wardrobes, and thoughtfully selected décor enhancements. This gentle transformation is designed to elevate your in-room experience with added comfort and style.

Seaside Junior Suite

When?

A1 (27 rooms) (Yellow Highlighted) from 04 - 31 May 2025
A2 (30 rooms) (Orange Highlighted) from 01 - 30 June 2025
B3 (15 rooms) (Red Highlighted) from 02 - 20 August 2025
B1, B2 (48 rooms) (Purple Highlighted) from 21 August - 10 October 2025
Renovation work will take place between 08:00 – 17:00 hrs.

What to Expect:

Since all work will be conducted inside the rooms with no structural changes and only 15-48 rooms will undergo a renovation in each period, we anticipate minimal disturbances to surrounding areas. Expected work includes hammering, painting, and furniture updates, but no heavy machinery will be used.
We are taking all necessary measures to minimize any inconvenience, including fencing off renovation areas to reduce visual impact.

Resort Services Remain Unaffected:

All facilities including pools, restaurants, kids’ club, spa, and beachfront areas remain fully open
All room types are available for booking, with no guest relocations
Guests will be assigned to rooms away from the upgrade areas for added comfort
